| MOVE.ON - a success story since 2002 2002 . 2003 The idea of inspiring and preparing children and teenagers for symphony orchestra concerts and of finding a direct approach to them through interactive workshops lay the foundation of the interactive music department MOVE.ON. Symphony orchestra musicians conduct 8 Workshops in different high schools in advance of rehearsals for evening concerts of the Bruckner Orchester Linz. 2003 . 2004 First reviews are made of youth and family concerts. Entertaining, age-appropriate moderation, as well as comprehensive visualization give those events a new image and take visitors by storm. 12 Workshops, about 4000 concert visitors 2004 . 2005 The Youth Symphony Concerts are overbooked, a new MOVE.ON performance package is offered - moderated and visualized school concerts for students from 9 to 12 years of age. 28 Workshops, about 5600 concert visitors 2005 . 2006 Our range of events is expanded to offer more for young adults through "AK Concert + Workshop Preparation" for vocational school students and special offer tickets. Our project was an award winning showcase project to both the German Arts Council Congress of Music Education in Wildbad Kreuth and by German Orchestra Conference in Bochum. 34 Workshops, about 6000 concert visitors 2006 . 2007 A new concert sequence "kids concerts" is created by primary school children, grades from 1 to 3. Cooperation is established with different educational organizations in Upper Austria. An invitations was the international congress "Music and New Musicians" in Glasgow embodying the "best practice model" in the German-speaking world! 70 Workshops, about 6800 concert visitors 2007 . 2008: MOVE.ON celebrates its 5th anniversary and is able to expand programs. Besides school concerts we also now offer family concerts in Brucknerhaus and Landestheater. In the field of adult education we have established cooperation with well-known educational organizations throughout Upper Austria. 80 Workshops, about 7000 concert visitors 2008 . 2009 MOVE.ON continous to expand and develop. For a great number of schools and educational organizations MOVE.ON concerts and workshops have become an integral part of their annual educational programs.
